We area located in the sutherland shire is a caringbah Iyengar yoga school. BKS Iyengar Yoga at Cronulla beach is a good place to practicer yoga. We just moved from our taren point yoga school. We also teach Yoga for health at miranda yoga. Gymea Iyengar yoga is just as close for Woolooware yoga students. We have a fully equipped modern yoga school. We teach meditation in action along with postural alignment. We also have post natal yoga for mums & bubs. Yoga is for body awarness, body alignment, health and vigour. Ask Christine Harpley about our Men's yoga. Ask Gary Simmons about Tae-kwon-do classes for Adults. We also have women's self defence classes. Shire Yoga offers Iyengar Yoga classes for Cronulla practitioners in the Sutherland Shire of Sydney. We have Yoga for Carigbah practitioners as well.
